I will share with you a bit about my hobby experiences and coaching background, related to both coaching skills and sports massage ability and experiences as an athlete. Because, the more one has versatile training background, that stronger the experience can be to transferred into the body care and professional goal-oriented training. Looking it from the reflective perspectives of the individual coaching and muscle maintenance and body conditioning.
Competition background…
My competitive background is related to weightlifting (more than 20 years of experience in that sport genre, which about 10 years in coaching). Consequently, I have delved into the techniques of the sport in a versatile way. I have been involved at my very best to gain competition experience during my youth days at the Nordic championship competitions.
Other Hobby experience and interests…
I have also practiced martial arts. Aikido and boxing, among other things. Performance experience I have been gaining in break-dancing. Break-dance and aikido taught me to understand physiology and biomechanics, which really serves me even today both in terms of muscle care and in the field of coaching. Snowboarding and roller skating have also been a hobby. Viceversa, summer and winter seasons.
Other coaching and supervision experience…
In terms of coaching, I have gained experience as the leader of a youth weightlifting school, and among that, I have also guided a children’s gymnastics group and youth floorball and basketball groups for about 5 years in total. Guiding the youngsters actually helped me to understand the challenges of different ages, mainly how it should build the atmosphere of learning and phased that learning process as a step by step mentality. I also had to create different kinds of learning patterns. Welcome to get to know my services and you can always ask specific questions. All the best for your training season ( at the moment).
