Start – coaching includes:
- Personal mapping (60-90 min target mapping)
- The program plan is agreed separately, in connection with the mapping consultation.
- 3 coaching meetings with the coach and 60 min per each coaching, at the agreed place.
- Personal training program (content texts and plan, based on test and goals, video or online notes or other way)
- Price: 295 € / 4 appointments. Includes 1 mapping survey + 3 x 60 min Coaching meetings and support from the coach.
The sparring training package for active athletes includes:
- Personal mapping (60-90 min target mapping)
- The program plan is agreed separately, with the first mapping.
- 6 coaching meetings with the coach 60 min per time coaching, at the agreed place
- Personal training program (content texts and plan, based on test and goals, video or online notes or other way)
- Price: 430 € / 6 appointments
Weightlifting group training packages (adults and youngsters):
Adults 1 (small group 1-4 persons)
